{"id":2620,"date":"2016-10-24T17:24:36","date_gmt":"2016-10-24T16:24:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apiagentura.gov.cz\/?page_id=2620"},"modified":"2019-08-16T12:20:56","modified_gmt":"2019-08-16T10:20:56","slug":"nemovitosti-vyzva-ii","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/apiagentura.gov.cz\/cs\/programy-podpory\/nemovitosti\/nemovitosti-vyzva-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Nemovitosti &#8211; V\u00fdzva II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3>Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed pro \u017eadatele<\/h3>\n<p>Z\u00a0d\u016fvodu pot\u0159eby \u0158\u00eddic\u00edho org\u00e1nu sledovat a vyhodnocovat na \u00farovni programu Nemovitosti pln\u011bn\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjemci dotace deklaruj\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci p\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu, <strong>doch\u00e1z\u00ed s\u00a0platnost\u00ed od 1. 1. 2019 k\u00a0roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdch informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjemci dotace budou vykazovat v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Zpr\u00e1v o udr\u017eitelnosti<\/strong> (ZoU). Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed informace v\u00e1zan\u00e9 k\u00a0zrealizovan\u00e9mu projektu:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed\/zm\u011bna objemu v\u00fdroby,<\/li>\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pod\u00edlu exportu na v\u00fdkonech,<\/li>\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed\/zm\u011bna po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00a0d\u016fsledku projektu,<\/li>\n<li>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed\/zlep\u0161en\u00ed efektivnosti v\u00fdroby.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 informace, a\u0165 ji\u017e pozitivn\u00ed, nebo negativn\u00ed (obsah informace nebude m\u00edt dopad na realizovanou akci), uv\u00e1d\u011bjte, pros\u00edm, do textov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zpr\u00e1vy. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sv\u00e1 tvrzen\u00ed podlo\u017ete relevantn\u00edmi podklady, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na n\u011b odka\u017ete, pokud tyto jsou um\u00edst\u011bny nap\u0159. na ve\u0159ejn\u011b dostupn\u00fdch rejst\u0159\u00edc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed pro \u017eadatele<\/h3>\n<p>Dle sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho propo\u010dtu v\u00fd\u0161e alokace a po\u017eadovan\u00e9 dotace, resp. kr\u00e1cen\u00e9 dotace u projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 splnily podm\u00ednky V\u00fdzvy II programu Nemovitosti, <strong>dojde k\u00a0podpo\u0159e projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 obdr\u017eely min. 71,9 bod\u016f<\/strong>. Podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed informace jsou zas\u00edl\u00e1ny jednotliv\u00fdm \u017eadatel\u016fm formou depe\u0161e.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed pro \u017eadatele &#8211; nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed alokace V\u00fdzvy II programu Nemovitosti<\/h3>\n<p>\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed org\u00e1n OP PIK, Ministerstvo pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu, rozhodl <strong>na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho p\u0159evisu kvalitn\u00edch projekt\u016f ve V\u00fdzv\u011b II programu Nemovitosti o nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed alokace, tj. 950 mil. K\u010d, na 1,7 mld. K\u010d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fd limit se automaticky zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, pokud v po\u0159ad\u00ed projekt\u016f se\u0159azen\u00fdch dle bodov\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed budou za posledn\u00edm projektem, na kter\u00fd vysta\u010d\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 alokace, n\u00e1sledovat dal\u0161\u00ed projekty se stejn\u00fdm po\u010dtem bod\u016f tak, aby i tyto projekty byly p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed rovn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu k projekt\u016fm toto\u017en\u00e9 kvality pln\u011b podpo\u0159eny.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed pro \u017eadatele &#8211; ukon\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu \u017d\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed \u017eadatel\u00e9,<\/p>\n<p>dovolujeme si v\u00e1s informovat, \u017ee dne <strong>5. 12. 2016 v\u00a09:00 hod.<\/strong> bude v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0pravidly V\u00fdzvy u<strong>kon\u010den p\u0159\u00edjem \u017d\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu v programu NEMOVITOSTI \u2013 V\u00fdzva II<\/strong>. Po\u017eadovan\u00e1 alokace v\u00a0podan\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1dostech ji\u017e dos\u00e1hla hranice 1,9 mld. K\u010d.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed charakteristiky:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kdo m\u016f\u017ee \u017e\u00e1dat\u00a0(p\u0159\u00edjemci podpory):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed podniky; c\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina je definov\u00e1na v textu V\u00fdzvy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kolik lze z\u00edskat na jeden projekt\u00a0(forma a v\u00fd\u0161e podpory):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">dotace 1 mil. &#8211; 50\u00a0mil.
