P\u0159edm\u011btem v\u011bcn\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed projektu je mimo jin\u00e9 pod\u00edl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie (nap\u0159. fotovoltaick\u00fd syst\u00e9m) na dodan\u00e9 energii budovy, pod\u00edl dodan\u00e9 energie z\u00a0OZE je hodnocen 0 a\u017e 25 body.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel je nav\u00edc bonifikov\u00e1no 2 body.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce viz <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apiagentura.gov.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/P\u0159\u00edloha-\u010d.3_\u00daspory-energie_-Energeticky-efektivn\u00ed-budovy_MH-a-VKMMR.pdf\">P\u0159\u00edloha \u010d. 3 \u2013 Model hodnocen\u00ed a krit\u00e9ria pro hodnocen\u00ed a v\u00fdb\u011br projekt\u016f<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jak se spo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed zp\u016fsobil\u00e9 v\u00fddaje na stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavby, n\u00e1stavby, p\u0159\u00edstavby)?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zp\u016fsobil\u00fdmi v\u00fddaji na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavby, n\u00e1stavby nebo p\u0159\u00edstavby jsou v\u00edcen\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 vzniknou p\u0159i po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavby ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm energetick\u00e9m standardu (spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed specifick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky programu a V\u00fdzvy, viz bod 9.3 V\u00fdzvy). Tyto v\u00edcen\u00e1klady jsou z\u00a0d\u016fvodu usnadn\u011bn\u00ed projektov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy ur\u010deny fixn\u011b jako 3\u00a0000 K\u010d\/m2 energeticky vzta\u017en\u00e9 plochy. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je tedy v\u00fdpo\u010det energeticky vzta\u017en\u00e9 plochy, kter\u00fd provede energetick\u00fd specialista zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u016fkaz energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Co je energeticky vzta\u017en\u00e1 plocha?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Energeticky vzta\u017en\u00e1 plocha je definov\u00e1na v Z\u00e1kon\u011b \u010d. 406\/2000 Sb. o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed energi\u00ed, ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, \u00a72, odst. 1, p\u00edsmeno r): \u201ecelkovou energeticky vzta\u017enou plochou se rozum\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u016fdorysn\u00e1 plocha v\u0161ech prostor\u016f s upravovan\u00fdm vnit\u0159n\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm v cel\u00e9 budov\u011b, vymezen\u00e1 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi povrchy konstrukc\u00ed ob\u00e1lky budovy\u201c<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u011b si m\u016f\u017eete celkovou energeticky vzta\u017enou plochu spo\u010d\u00edtat tak, \u017ee vezmete vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry budovy (pokud je nap\u0159. obd\u00e9ln\u00edk), \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku a d\u00e9lku, vyn\u00e1sob\u00edte je a pak to vyn\u00e1sob\u00edte po\u010dtem podla\u017e\u00ed. P\u0159esn\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010det provede specialista zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u016fkazy energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jak se spo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed celkov\u00e9 zp\u016fsobil\u00e9 v\u00fddaje?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Celkov\u00e9 zp\u016fsobil\u00e9 v\u00fddaje se spo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed jako sou\u010det zp\u016fsobil\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f na stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (viz dotaz Jak se spo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed zp\u016fsobil\u00e9 v\u00fddaje na stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavby, n\u00e1stavby, p\u0159\u00edstavby)?), v\u00fddaj\u016f na dokumentaci pro stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed (jej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je dle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 499\/2006 Sb. ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, o dokumentaci staveb v\u017edy pr\u016fkaz energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov), v\u00fddaj\u016f na dokumentaci pro proveden\u00ed stavby, v\u00fddaj\u016f na technick\u00fd dozor investora a v\u00fddaj\u016f na Blower door test.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Co je Blower door test?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blower door test je metoda, kterou se pomoc\u00ed ventil\u00e1toru um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9ho do otvoru v budov\u011b (nap\u0159. vchodov\u00e9 dve\u0159e nebo okno) m\u011b\u0159\u00ed pr\u016fvzdu\u0161nost, neboli vzduchot\u011bsnost, ob\u00e1lky budovy nebo jej\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. Proveden\u00edm Blower door testu a vyhodnocen\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016f se stanov\u00ed intenzita v\u00fdm\u011bny vzduchu m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 budovy a ov\u011b\u0159\u00ed se, zda spl\u0148uje hodnotu po\u017eadovanou v\u00a0bod\u011b bod 9.3 V\u00fdzvy.<\/p>\n<p>Test se doporu\u010duje prov\u00e1d\u011bt dvakr\u00e1t, jednou v\u00a0dob\u011b v\u00fdstavby k\u00a0odhalen\u00ed net\u011bsnost\u00ed, kdy je mo\u017eno je\u0161t\u011b prov\u00e9st n\u00e1pravu net\u011bsnost\u00ed a podruh\u00e9 po ukon\u010den\u00ed stavby k\u00a0ur\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 hodnoty pr\u016fvzdu\u0161nosti ob\u00e1lky budovy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jak\u00e1 je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed absolutn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e dotace?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee v\u00a0r\u00e1mci V\u00fdzvy I \u00daspory energie \u2013 aktivita Energeticky efektivn\u00ed budovy je dotace poskytovan\u00e1 formou \u201ede minimis\u201c je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e dotace 200\u00a0000 \u20ac. (v souladu s Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm Komise (EU) \u010d. 1407\/2013 ze dne 18. prosince 2013 o pou\u017eit\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f 107 a 108 Smlouvy o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie na podporu de minimis).<\/p>\n<p>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u0161echny zp\u016fsobil\u00e9 v\u00fddaje se mus\u00ed vej\u00edt do \u010d\u00e1stky 200\u00a0000 \u20ac (v\u00edcen\u00e1klady na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavby, projektov\u00e1 dokumentace, TDI a Blower door test).<\/p>\n<p>Doporu\u010dujeme, aby si \u017eadatel\u00e9 dali pozor na v\u00fd\u0161i celkov\u00fdch zp\u016fsobil\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f a nikdy ne\u0161li a\u017e do \u00farovn\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b 200\u00a0000 EUR V\u017edy je pot\u0159eba nechat dostate\u010dnou rezervu na zm\u011bnu kurzu koruny v\u016f\u010di euru. Do datab\u00e1ze de minimis se zapisuje \u010d\u00e1stka zp\u016fsobil\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f vyn\u00e1soben\u00e1 kurzem eura v\u00a0den, kdy rozhodnut\u00ed o poskytnut\u00ed dotace podep\u00ed\u0161e \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed org\u00e1n. Tento p\u0159esn\u00fd kurz nem\u016f\u017eou \u017eadatel\u00e9 p\u0159edem v\u011bd\u011bt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Jak m\u00e1 vypadat polo\u017ekov\u00fd rozpo\u010det?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Polo\u017ekov\u00fd rozpo\u010det mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zpracov\u00e1n tak, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed a porovn\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch polo\u017eek rozpo\u010dtu na z\u00e1klad\u011b cen\u00edk\u016f \u00daRS, RTS, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jin\u00e9ho obdobn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pro oce\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed, aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho v dob\u011b pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017d\u00e1dosti o podporu.<\/p>\n<p>Rozpo\u010dty budou p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1ny a zas\u00edl\u00e1ny elektronicky ve form\u00e1tu xls nebo xlsx. Mus\u00ed se jednat o exportn\u00ed soubory software pro tvorbu a kalkulaci rozpo\u010dt\u016f, nikoliv o soubory vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 v programu MS Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Polo\u017ekov\u00e9 rozpo\u010dty mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zpracov\u00e1ny zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pro jednotliv\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed objekty a d\u00e1le \u010dlen\u011bny dle zvyklost\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch cen\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Polo\u017ekov\u00fd rozpo\u010det mus\u00ed b\u00fdt d\u011blen na zp\u016fsobilou a nezp\u016fsobilou \u010d\u00e1st, tzn. polo\u017eky rozpo\u010dtu, kter\u00e9 nejsou zp\u016fsobil\u00e9, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v polo\u017ekov\u00e9m rozpo\u010dtu jednozna\u010dn\u011b identifikov\u00e1ny. V polo\u017ekov\u00fdch rozpo\u010dtech mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pro jednotliv\u00e9 polo\u017eky pou\u017eity jednotky (ks, kg, m, m2, m3, atd.).<\/p>\n<p>Pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, je nutn\u00e9 rozpo\u010det dokl\u00e1dat bez soubor\u016f, komplet\u016f a R-polo\u017eek. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee polo\u017ekov\u00fd rozpo\u010det bude obsahovat soubory, komplety nebo R-polo\u017eky, je nutn\u00e9 dodat samostatn\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed polo\u017eek soubor\u016f, komplet\u016f a R-polo\u017eek.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Co je vnit\u0159n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technologick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed a spot\u0159ebi\u010de.
