Specializuje se na v\u00fdvoj a v\u00fdrobu plastov\u00fdch trubek, tvarovek a uzav\u00edrac\u00edch armatur pro rozvody tlakov\u00e9 vody.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POPIS PROJEKTU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159edm\u011btem projektu v programu Marketing byla podpora \u00fa\u010dasti spole\u010dnosti FV-Plast na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch veletrz\u00edch s c\u00edlem nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pod\u00edlu exportu jej\u00edch v\u00fdrobk\u016f na trz\u00edch zem\u00ed Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu, z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evropy a v Rusku. Dotace byla poskytnuta na pron\u00e1jem, z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a provoz st\u00e1nk\u016f na vybran\u00fdch veletrz\u00edch. D\u00e1le pak na dopravu vystavovan\u00fdch expon\u00e1t\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b baln\u00e9ho a manipulace, a na v\u00fddaje na marketingov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly v ciz\u00edch jazyc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u010dem konkr\u00e9tn\u011b spo\u010d\u00edvala podstata projektu, a jak\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky realizace projektu p\u0159inesla, na to n\u00e1m odpov\u00eddal pan <strong>Georgios Karadzos, statut\u00e1rn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce a \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva spole\u010dnosti FV-Plast<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Co projekt Va\u0161\u00ed firm\u011b p\u0159inesl?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jednozna\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem projektu bylo pos\u00edlen\u00ed r\u016fstu exportu spole\u010dnosti d\u00edky nalezen\u00ed nov\u00fdch trh\u016f i nov\u00fdch exportn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed. V souvislosti s poklesem obratu v letech 2014 a 2015 bylo tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 stabilizovat situaci, udr\u017eet pozici na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm trhu (Rusko), na kter\u00e9m do\u0161lo k poklesu exportu v souvislosti se zaveden\u00fdmi sankcemi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 bylo z\u00e1rove\u0148 proniknout na nov\u00e9 trhy s komplexn\u00ed ucelenou nab\u00eddkou, nov\u00fdmi inovovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky a sortimentn\u00edmi \u0159adami, kter\u00e9 se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu minul\u00fdch obdob\u00ed poda\u0159ilo vytvo\u0159it tak\u00e9 d\u00edky \u00fa\u010dasti na\u0161ich projekt\u016f v programu Inovace v OPPI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee projekt byl podpo\u0159en a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b realizov\u00e1n. Poda\u0159ilo se naj\u00edt nov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky v Rusku, Turecku, Chorvatsku a It\u00e1lii. Zcela nov\u00fdm trhem se pro n\u00e1s stala \u010c\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Z jak\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1m d\u00edky dotaci poda\u0159ilo realizovat, m\u00e1te nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed radost?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm \u00fasp\u011bchem byl vstup na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd trh a stabilizace exportu do Ruska. Z tohoto hlediska lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dast na st\u011b\u017eejn\u00edch v\u00fdstav\u00e1ch AQUATHERM Moscow 2016 a MOSTA CONVEGNO EXPOCOMFORT 2016 byly naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. T\u0159et\u00ed absolvovan\u00fd veletrh BIG5 v Dubaji byl pro spole\u010dnost d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd z hlediska marketingov\u00e9 strategie GULF Area a ve snaze prosadit se na t\u011bchto trz\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti si z realizace projektu odn\u00e1\u0161\u00edte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00da\u010dast na st\u011b\u017eejn\u00edch v\u00fdstav\u00e1ch a veletrz\u00edch a prezentace nov\u00fdch inovovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f je v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b nejen zcela nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed marketingu a podpory prodeje, ale zejm\u00e9na cesta k udr\u017een\u00ed trh\u016f, nal\u00e9z\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch exportn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem tak\u00e9 cestou k dal\u0161\u00edmu r\u016fstu firmy. S ohledem na v\u00fd\u0161i exportu, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti se jedn\u00e1 o 70 procent, je to naprosto nezbytn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sv\u016fj projekt jste realizovali se z\u00e1m\u011brem nal\u00e9zt nov\u00e9 trhy pro odbyt portfolia va\u0161ich inovovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jste zdokonalovali mimo jin\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9ho OP Podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace. Poda\u0159ilo se v\u00e1m tohoto c\u00edle dos\u00e1hnout?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jednozna\u010dn\u011b ano. Portfolio v\u00fdrobk\u016f ucelen\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f pro kompletn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rozvod\u016f vody, podlahov\u00e9ho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, prim\u00e1rn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed geoterm\u00e1ln\u00edch tepeln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a potrub\u00ed pro infrastrukturn\u00ed rozvody v reziden\u010dn\u00ed i pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavb\u011b se poda\u0159ilo vytvo\u0159it pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky realizaci projekt\u016f Inovace III a Inovace IV v r\u00e1mci programu OPPI. Inovovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky dnes tvo\u0159\u00ed cca 50 procent produkce. P\u0159i obratu 700 milion\u016f korun si lze p\u0159edstavit, na jak\u00e9 \u00farovn\u00ed by bez pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed inovac\u00ed produktu a procesu dnes spole\u010dnost byla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inovace pro n\u00e1s znamen\u00e1 tak\u00e9 r\u016fst p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty u nov\u00fdch inovovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch na nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch automatizovan\u00fdch technologi\u00edch. Tento faktor je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd zejm\u00e9na pro stanoven\u00ed ceny a pr\u016fnik na nov\u00e9 trhy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Svoj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed na v\u00fdznamn\u00e9m oborov\u00e9m veletrhu v Moskv\u011b jste reagovali na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159skou a politickou situaci kolem Ruska. Poda\u0159ilo se v\u00e1m v souvislosti s \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed v programu Marketing pos\u00edlit svoji tam\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pozici?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed situace v Rusku se v dob\u011b p\u0159ed realizac\u00ed projektu vyost\u0159ila d\u00edly sankc\u00edm, kter\u00e9 byly v\u016f\u010di Rusku uplatn\u011bny. Pro n\u00e1s je ale rusk\u00fd trh st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed partner. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed propad tr\u017eeb s Ruskem byl zaznamen\u00e1n rok p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm veletrhu v roce 2015. Kdybychom situaci ne\u0159e\u0161ili a veletrhu se ne\u00fa\u010dastnili, n\u00e1sledky by mohly b\u00fdt daleko hor\u0161\u00ed. S obchodn\u00edmi partnery se mus\u00ed aktivn\u011b komunikovat. Z tohoto hlediska byl AQUATHERM v roce 2016 st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem byla z dne\u0161n\u00edho pohledu nejen stabilizace, ale tak\u00e9 r\u016fst. \u00da\u010dast\u00ed na veletrhu jsme z\u00edskali tak\u00e9 nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zaznamenali jste v souvislosti s realizac\u00ed projektu o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho objemu exportu do zahrani\u010d\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ur\u010dit\u011b.
