Z referenc\u00ed lze uv\u00e9st nap\u0159. rekonstrukce st\u0159ech elektr\u00e1ren \u010cEZ, injekt\u00e1\u017en\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na p\u0159ehrad\u011b Dale\u0161ice nebo v podzemn\u00edch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00edch hotelu Hilton v Praze, slo\u017eit\u00e9 a komplexn\u00ed rekonstrukce st\u0159ech a teras Moravsk\u00e9 zemsk\u00e9 knihovny nebo Romsk\u00e9ho pam\u00e1tn\u00edku v Hodon\u00edn\u011b u Kun\u0161t\u00e1tu. Ve stavebnictv\u00ed je firma mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 svou vysokou odbornost\u00ed a trvalou spoluprac\u00ed se Stavebn\u00ed fakultou a \u00dastavem soudn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed VUT v Brn\u011b a dal\u0161\u00edmi odborn\u00fdmi organizacemi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POPIS PROJEKTU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00edlem projektu byla rekonstrukce objektu typu brownfield ve m\u011bst\u011b Adamov v okrese Blansko. Objekt je p\u011btipodla\u017en\u00ed s celkovou plochou 2020,7 m\u00b2. T\u0159i podla\u017e\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edm \u00fa\u010del\u016fm, jedno podla\u017e\u00ed firemn\u00ed administrativ\u011b a jedno v\u00fdrobn\u00edmu, laboratorn\u00edmu a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9mu z\u00e1zem\u00ed. Objekt je pln\u011b modernizov\u00e1n a \u0159e\u0161en tak, \u017ee m\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1klady na vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dnou vnit\u0159n\u00ed klimatizaci, p\u0159esto ani v letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed p\u0159i venkovn\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch kolem 35 \u00b0C nep\u0159es\u00e1hne vnit\u0159n\u00ed teplota 25 \u00b0C. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed je koncipov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed v n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 technologii LED.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Celkov\u00e9 architektonick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed exteri\u00e9ru i interi\u00e9ru je lad\u011bn\u00e9 do funkcionalistick\u00e9ho stylu s \u0159adou sklobetonov\u00fdch prvk\u016f. D\u00edky celkov\u00e9 rekonstrukci a centr\u00e1ln\u00ed poloze tvo\u0159\u00ed objekt v\u00fdraznou dominantu m\u011bsta Adamova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autorem projektu i architektonick\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je Ing. arch. Martin Pra\u010dka a jeho Studio 97 z Prahy, zhotovitelem je stavebn\u00ed firma TOCH\u00c1\u010cEK Brno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u010dem konkr\u00e9tn\u011b spo\u010d\u00edvala podstata projektu, a jak\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky realizace projektu p\u0159inesla, na to n\u00e1m odpov\u00eddal\u00a0<strong>Ing. Vladim\u00edr Tichomirov, CSc., majitel a jednatel spole\u010dnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Co projekt va\u0161\u00ed firm\u011b p\u0159inesl?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 realizace dota\u010dn\u00edho projektu Nemovitosti umo\u017enila vytvo\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch pracovi\u0161\u0165 pro speci\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie a sou\u010dasn\u011b i vznik v\u00fdrobn\u00ed a provozn\u00ed laborato\u0159e a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i skv\u011bl\u00e9ho z\u00e1zem\u00ed pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj spole\u010dnosti. ROMEX v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b kon\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na dvou dota\u010dn\u00edch projektech z OP PIK, z programu Partnerstv\u00ed znalostn\u00edho transferu ve spolupr\u00e1ci se Stavebn\u00ed fakultou VUT v Brn\u011b, kdy se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s v\u00fdrobn\u00edm z\u00e1zem\u00edm pro jejich uveden\u00ed do praxe pr\u00e1v\u011b v rekonstruovan\u00e9m objektu v Adamov\u011b. Oba v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 projekty znamenaj\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy pro \u010desk\u00e9 stavebnictv\u00ed v oblasti ekonomick\u00e9 i ekologick\u00e9 a byly i \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b prezentov\u00e1ny na sv\u011btov\u00e9 konferenci ICSA 2016 v Portugalsku. S uveden\u00edm praktick\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 pro konferenci ICSA 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Z jak\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1m d\u00edky dotaci poda\u0159ilo realizovat, m\u00e1te nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed radost?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee se n\u00e1m da\u0159\u00ed rozv\u00edjet spole\u010dnost ROMEX ve v\u00fdznamn\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku. Velkou radost m\u00e1me z toho, \u017ee se n\u00e1m rekonstrukc\u00ed poda\u0159ilo zajistit u\u017eitn\u00e9 vlastnosti objektu, a nav\u00edc dos\u00e1hnout vysoce estetick\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti si z realizace projektu odn\u00e1\u0161\u00edte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potvrdil se mi n\u00e1zor, kter\u00fd m\u00e1m ji\u017e \u0159adu let, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd projekt je nutno pe\u010dliv\u011b a odpov\u011bdn\u011b p\u0159ipravit a na pr\u00e1ci projektanta ne\u0161et\u0159it! No a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je to ujasn\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00edch z\u00e1m\u011br\u016f, pro\u010d do toho projektu jdete a co od n\u011bj o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1te. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je to pak pe\u010dliv\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br a p\u0159i tom i trocha \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na lidi, se kter\u00fdmi do toho projektu vstupujete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak\u00fdm partnerem pro V\u00e1s byla Agentura pro podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace a \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed org\u00e1n MPO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee partnerem pe\u010dliv\u011b administrativn\u00edm.
