Je to tak\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00ed evropsk\u00e1 sl\u00e9v\u00e1rna p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je spolehliv\u00fdm dodavatelem odlitk\u016f pro energetiku, dopravu, leteck\u00fd i skl\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. PBS Velk\u00e1 B\u00edte\u0161 zaji\u0161\u0165uje profesion\u00e1ln\u011b proveden\u00e9 galvanick\u00e9 povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy a vysoce p\u0159esn\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed i t\u011b\u017ekoobrobiteln\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f v\u010detn\u011b titanov\u00fdch slitin. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b PBS Velk\u00e1 B\u00edte\u0161 dod\u00e1v\u00e1 dekanta\u010dn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro separaci tuh\u00fdch l\u00e1tek z kapalin vyu\u017eiteln\u00fdch jak v \u010dist\u00edrn\u00e1ch odpadn\u00edch vod, tak v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PBS Velk\u00e1 B\u00edte\u0161\u00a0<\/strong>v\u00fdznamn\u011b prorazila na sv\u011btov\u00fdch trz\u00edch jako v\u00fdrobce turb\u00ednov\u00fdch vysokoot\u00e1\u010dkov\u00fdch stroj\u016f pro letectv\u00ed, energetiku \u010di dopravn\u00ed pr\u016fmysl a stabiln\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed jako specialista v oboru p\u0159esn\u00e9ho stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">POPIS PROJEKTU<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projekt se zam\u011b\u0159il na v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj pokro\u010dil\u00fdch technologi\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed. Z\u00edskan\u00e9 poznatky umo\u017enily v\u00fdrobu nov\u00fdch typ\u016f vysoce n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch odlitk\u016f ze superslitin na b\u00e1zi niklu a v d\u016fsledku toho realizaci s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby nov\u011b vyv\u00edjen\u00fdch typ\u016f kol turbodmychadel. Zaveden\u00ed pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed technologie odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ilo konkurenceschopnost tak\u00e9 jin\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f odl\u00e9van\u00fdch metodou p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed ze superslitin na b\u00e1zi niklu. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch prac\u00ed bylo i zaveden\u00ed v\u00fdroby keramick\u00fdch sko\u0159epinov\u00fdch forem na b\u00e1zi vodn\u00edho pojiva. Celkov\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem projektu pak bylo podstatn\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed produkce, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ziskovosti v\u00fdroby, exportu a zam\u011bstnanosti. D\u00edky t\u00e9to zm\u011bn\u011b technologie v\u00fdroby projekt rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bl ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed energetick\u00e9 a materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti v\u00fdroby a ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ochrany \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e1roky na mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti superslitin, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro odlitky tepeln\u011b exponovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed turbodmychadel, trvale rostou. Projekt se zam\u011b\u0159il na v\u00fdvoj \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 za pou\u017eit\u00ed pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed niklov\u00fdch superslitin umo\u017enilo c\u00edlen\u011b m\u011bnit jejich strukturu a t\u00edm i mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti. Zv\u00fd\u0161ila se tedy u\u017eitn\u00e1 hodnota odlitku bez nutnosti m\u011bnit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed materi\u00e1l. Projekt tak komplexn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161il interakci mezi technologick\u00fdm procesem p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed niklov\u00fdch superslitin a v\u00fdslednou strukturou a mechanick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi odlitku. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed t\u011b\u017eilo z \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce v\u00fdrobn\u00edho podniku a Akademie v\u011bd \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky s vyu\u017eit\u00edm jej\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 infrastruktury pro studium a aplikaci pokro\u010dil\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f (IPMinfra) v r\u00e1mci Strategie AV21: \u0160pi\u010dkov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed je inovativn\u00ed a unik\u00e1tn\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a zcela odpov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdm a v\u00fdvojov\u00fdm trend\u016fm v dan\u00e9 oblasti ve sv\u011bt\u011b. Optimalizace technologick\u00e9ho procesu s\u00a0ohledem na dlouhodob\u00e9 mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti jako je creep, \u00fanava a jejich kombinace je \u010dasov\u011b i finan\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd proces, nicm\u00e9n\u011b je naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro spolehlivou znalost vlivu technologie lit\u00ed na mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 jsou spolu s cenou rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed pro konkurenceschopnost v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky realizace projektu p\u0159inesla, na to n\u00e1m odpov\u00eddal\u00a0prof. Ing. Karel Hrb\u00e1\u010dek, DrSc. \u2013 mana\u017eer projektu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Co projekt va\u0161\u00ed firm\u011b p\u0159inesl? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed projektu p\u0159ineslo ve sv\u00e9m d\u016fsledku jak nov\u00e9 odb\u011bratele, tak i nov\u00e9 produkty Divize p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed. B\u011bhem \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu se vyvinulo <strong>38 nov\u00fdch typ\u016f odlitk\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u00fdvoje poda\u0159ilo uv\u00e9st do s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. Jednalo se o odlitky pro zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmy z\u00a0N\u011bmecka, \u0160v\u00fdcarska, Indie, Ruska a USA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vyvinuli jsme nov\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 postupy a metody, kter\u00e9 jsme rovn\u011b\u017e n\u00e1sledn\u011b implementovali do v\u00fdrobn\u00edch postup\u016f ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve s\u00e9riov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch odlitk\u016f. Tyto nov\u00e9 technologie jsme vyu\u017eili pro zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed a zkvalitn\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdroby radi\u00e1ln\u00edch kol turbodmychadel a lopatek turbodmychadel. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsme z\u00edskali dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 poznatky o materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch vlastnostech jednotliv\u00fdch pou\u017eit\u00fdch superslitin. To v\u0161e p\u0159ineslo dal\u0161\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed presti\u017ee Divize p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed na\u0161eho podniku a jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fnik na nov\u00e9 trhy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Z jak\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1m d\u00edky dotaci poda\u0159ilo realizovat, m\u00e1te nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed radost?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poda\u0159ilo se zvl\u00e1dnout technologii p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch odlitk\u016f radi\u00e1ln\u00edch kol turbodmychadel. B\u011bhem \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na dosa\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f struktury odlitk\u016f jsme vyvinuli a n\u00e1sledn\u011b pou\u017eili i technologii lit\u00ed za rotace s\u00a0oscilac\u00ed, co\u017e je technologie, kterou zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 jen velmi \u00fazk\u00fd okruh sl\u00e9v\u00e1ren p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed v\u00a0Evrop\u011b.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rovn\u011b\u017e jsme z\u00edskali u\u017eitn\u00fd vzor 307\u00a0967 \u201eUniverz\u00e1ln\u00ed odd\u011blovac\u00ed segment pro modelov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu voskov\u00fdch model\u016f integr\u00e1ln\u00edch ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdch kol\u201c.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velkou radost m\u00e1m z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edstupu \u0159e\u0161itel\u016f tohoto projektu jak z\u00a0v\u00fdrobn\u00edho podniku Prvn\u00ed brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 stroj\u00edrny Velk\u00e1 B\u00edte\u0161, tak z\u00a0v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f UJP PRAHA a v\u011bdeck\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f \u00dastavu fyziky materi\u00e1l\u016f AV \u010cR Brno. D\u00edky dotac\u00edm na v\u011bdu a v\u00fdzkum se poda\u0159ilo vytvo\u0159it velice d\u011bln\u00fd kolektiv, kter\u00fd pomohl zvednout technickou \u00farove\u0148 sl\u00e9v\u00e1rny a p\u0159inesl nov\u00e9 poznatky v\u00a0oblasti p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed superslitin na b\u00e1zi niklu. St\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci tohoto kolektivu spolu v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti \u00fazce spolupracuj\u00ed ji\u017e 20 let na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje (VaV).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Co v\u00e1m p\u0159inesla spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0\u00dastavem fyziky materi\u00e1l\u016f AV \u010cR? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Divize p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed spolupracuje p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projekt\u016f VaV s\u00a0v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi a v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdmi pracovi\u0161ti ji\u017e od roku 1999. P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b jde o spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0\u00dastavem fyziky materi\u00e1l\u016f Akademie v\u011bd Brno a s\u00a0UJP Praha. I na tomto projektu se z\u00fa\u010dastnily \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ob\u011b organizace, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e UJP Praha zde byla zapojena formou Smluvn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu jsme z\u00edskali velice komplexn\u00ed datab\u00e1zi materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed pro optim\u00e1ln\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 superslitiny na b\u00e1zi niklu, se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na dlouhodob\u00e9 vlastnosti jako je \u00fanava a creep.\u00a0 V\u00a0r\u00e1mci smluvn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0UJP Praha jsme podrobn\u011b zkoumali i vliv teplotn\u00ed expozice na vlastnosti sledovan\u00fdch superslitin, co\u017e je z\u00a0praktick\u00e9ho hlediska jeden z\u00a0kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch parametr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti si z realizace projektu odn\u00e1\u0161\u00edte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Know how z\u00edskan\u00e9 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci tohoto projektu posunulo Divizi p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed technologicky d\u00e1l, zv\u00fd\u0161ilo jej\u00ed konkurenceschopnost a umo\u017enilo p\u0159ij\u00edmat objedn\u00e1vky na slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u00fdrobn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed odlitky s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159idanou hodnotou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak\u00fdm partnerem pro v\u00e1s byla Agentura pro podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace a \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed org\u00e1n MPO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0API byla velice p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 od psan\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti na tento projekt, b\u011bhem \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu, a\u017e po ukon\u010den\u00ed jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Osobn\u011b si velice cen\u00edm pomoci pana \u0159editele Ing. Radka Navr\u00e1tila. Na na\u0161e dotazy v\u017edy ochotn\u011b a velice kvalifikovan\u011b odpov\u00eddal. Jde o pracovn\u00edka, se kter\u00fdm je radost spolupracovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Je n\u011bjak\u00e1 zaj\u00edmavost, kterou byste cht\u011bl k\u00a0projektu doplnit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doplnil bych dv\u011b v\u011bci:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Za prv\u00e9: Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed v\u00a0tomto projektu je pou\u017eit\u00ed technologie p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed za rotace s\u00a0oscilac\u00ed, co\u017e je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 technologie p\u0159esn\u00e9ho lit\u00ed nejen na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je vysoce specializovan\u00e9 a pro v\u011bt\u0161inu sl\u00e9v\u00e1ren nedostupn\u00e9, ale i na know-how pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k\u00a0jej\u00edmu zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Za druh\u00e9: Jak jsem v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00ednil, na\u0161e spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0akademickou a v\u00fdzkumnou sf\u00e9rou trv\u00e1 od roku 1999. Skv\u011bl\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, kter\u00e9 jsme dos\u00e1hli, jsou ovocem tohoto dlouholet\u00e9ho vztahu, d\u016fv\u011bry a v\u00fdborn\u00e9ho kolektivu in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f, v\u011bdc\u016f a technik\u016f. Dlouhodob\u00e1 a c\u00edlen\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce je velk\u00fdm benefitem pro v\u0161echny z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 a m\u011bla by b\u00fdt podporov\u00e1na a oce\u0148ov\u00e1na.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch a v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch aktivit v\u00a0tomto projektu byly ukon\u010deny z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00edm mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho patentu. Je pro V\u00e1s ochrana Va\u0161eho know-how prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pr\u00e1v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ano, pova\u017eujeme ji za d\u016fle\u017eitou. Zvy\u0161uje to presti\u017e podniku a alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b chr\u00e1n\u00ed dosa\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Nem\u00e1te naopak obavy, \u017ee by tyto patenty mohly b\u00fdt kop\u00edrov\u00e1ny Va\u0161imi konkurenty? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toto riziko skute\u010dn\u011b existuje.
