{"id":2887,"date":"2016-11-02T17:27:33","date_gmt":"2016-11-02T16:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apiagentura.gov.cz\/?p=2887"},"modified":"2016-11-04T09:11:35","modified_gmt":"2016-11-04T08:11:35","slug":"seznamte-se-nemovitosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apiagentura.gov.cz\/cs\/seznamte-se-nemovitosti\/","title":{"rendered":"Seznamte se: Nemovitosti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00a0pond\u011bl\u00ed 24. \u0159\u00edjna 2016 vyhl\u00e1silo Ministerstvo pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu \u010cR druhou v\u00fdzvu dota\u010dn\u00edho programu Nemovitosti, kter\u00fd se dlouhodob\u011b \u0159ad\u00ed mezi nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dota\u010dn\u00ed tituly Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace (OPPI) a Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost (OP PIK). Tento program c\u00edl\u00ed na podporu rekonstrukc\u00ed a p\u0159em\u011bn zch\u00e1tral\u00fdch objekt\u016f typu brownfields na modern\u00ed podnikatelsk\u00e9 nemovitosti ve vymezen\u00fdch oborech CZ NACE.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed v\u00fdzva programu Nemovitosti vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e1 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci OP PIK v\u00a0kv\u011btnu 2015 v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fd trend op\u011bt potvrdila. Agentura pro podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace zpracovala p\u0159es 900 p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu a p\u0159es 350 \u017d\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu. S\u00a0ohledem na n\u00edzkou alokaci cca 3,8 miliardy korun, kterou m\u00e1 cel\u00fd program Nemovitosti na \u00farovni OP PIK k\u00a0dispozici, nebylo bohu\u017eel mo\u017en\u00e9 podpo\u0159it v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kontinu\u00e1ln\u00edho sb\u011bru \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed v\u0161echny uchaze\u010de o dota\u010dn\u00ed podporu, a jejich \u00fa\u010dast tak v\u00a0hojn\u00e9m po\u010dtu o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me i v\u00a0aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed V\u00fdzv\u011b II, kter\u00e1 pracuje s\u00a0alokac\u00ed 950 milion\u016f korun.<\/p>\n<p>Oproti minul\u00e9 v\u00fdzv\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zm\u011bn\u011b hodnot\u00edc\u00edho procesu. V\u00fdsledkem je p\u0159echod z kontinu\u00e1ln\u00edho zp\u016fsobu sb\u011bru a hodnocen\u00ed \u017d\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu na zp\u016fsob kolov\u00fd. O kone\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edjemci tak vedle v\u011bcn\u00e9 a obsahov\u00e9 spr\u00e1vnosti \u017d\u00e1dosti o podporu nebude rozhodovat \u010das jej\u00edho pod\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u00fdbr\u017e po\u010det dosa\u017een\u00fdch bod\u016f v\u00a0r\u00e1mci v\u00edcekriteri\u00e1ln\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed. Sb\u011br \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed odstartuje 21. listopadu 2016 a potrv\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u011b 14 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u00ed. Pokud v\u00a0r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to doby dos\u00e1hne po\u017eadovan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e prost\u0159edk\u016f dvojn\u00e1sobku alokace V\u00fdzvy II, tedy 1,9 miliardy korun, bude p\u0159\u00edjem \u017d\u00e1dost\u00ed o podporu po uplynut\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 \u010dtrn\u00e1ctidenn\u00ed lh\u016fty uzav\u0159en. Na tomto m\u00edst\u011b je t\u0159eba upozornit na fakt, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edjem je nov\u011b jednokolov\u00fd, \u017eadatel\u00e9 pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed kompletn\u00ed \u017d\u00e1dost o podporu se v\u0161emi po\u017eadovan\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edlohami pro \u00fa\u010dely n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho doznala V\u00fdzva II i mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch zm\u011bn. Mezi ty z\u00e1sadn\u00ed se \u0159ad\u00ed vyjmut\u00ed n\u00e1kup\u016f nemovitost\u00ed a pozemk\u016f ze zp\u016fsobil\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e dota\u010dn\u00ed podpory na \u010d\u00e1stku 50 milion\u016f\u00a0korun na projekt \u010di v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed oblasti podporovan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed CZ NACE na oblasti 10-33 a 38. Pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bnou je vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavku na \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed dokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 k\u00a0\u017d\u00e1dosti o podporu \u010di absence energetick\u00e9ho posudku, kter\u00fd byl nov\u011b nahrazen pr\u016fkazem energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti projektem dot\u010den\u00fdch objekt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bny se nevyhnuly ani oblasti v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla p\u0159epracov\u00e1na s\u00a0ohledem na sledov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v\u00a0podob\u011b jasn\u00e9ho a transparentn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed a v\u00fdb\u011bru t\u011bch nejlep\u0161\u00edch projekt\u016f, jim\u017e bude p\u0159id\u011blena dota\u010dn\u00ed podpora.
